If you play with mods, to play with others they must match exactly. This is the shared profile everyone else was using — import the code and you match. If you want to play vanilla, just launch the game via Steam.

How to import it#
The profile only downloads the same mods into a profile. I don't think it matches configs.
Install the launcher
Go to r2modman on Thunderstore and choose Manual Download. You may already have it from Risk of Rain 2 or R.E.P.O.
Pick the game
Search for Lethal Company once the program is open. Select the game, and set it as default or star it so it is easier to find later.
Import the profile
Use the import function, then import new profile, and paste the code below.

Click Start modded at the top left once the profile is imported.
Your own modpack
Just create a new profile so you can swap back and forth. If this profile gets updated, I can share a new profile code.
What the profile actually adds
The mods#
Nine of them, and between them they change the player count, the fear level and how much you can see.
