How they are built#

Two habits that run through nearly everything below.

No build step where I can avoid one

The macros are single self-contained scripts. The skills board is one HTML file. Clone it, open it from disk, and it works — nothing to install, compile or configure first.

Nothing leaves your browser unless it has to

The skills board keeps everything on your own device and starts empty for everybody else. Only the two sign-in apps store anything server-side, and both are mine alone.

Foundry VTT#

GM tools and sheet themes for the table under Foundry.

What the game servers actually run on

Infra structure#

Both self-hosted on the same box as the servers. The status page is public; the control panel is not.

Tools I run#

Open them and they work. The library is mine alone; the skills board is open to anyone, because it keeps everything you enter on your own device and starts empty for everybody else.

Household Skills BoardA tracker for the practical skills kids need before they leave home. 164 of them across ten areas, age-gated per child, signed off when they can actually do the thing rather than when they have heard about it. Everything stays in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.The ShelfEverything I mean to get to — Foundry modules and adventures, Pathfinder and Starfinder things for one day, notes and ideas. Paste a link and it files itself; a board view moves things along. Sign-in required.
